These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of celternity.ai, the Celternity community, events, and Celternity AI (collectively, "the Services"), operated by CELTERNITY AI SDN. BHD. (1639441-P) ("Celternity", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Membership of the community, the Guild, or events may be subject to approval, additional terms, and a code of conduct. We may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion.

The Services — including podcasts, articles, events, and Celternity AI — are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional advice because of something you encountered through the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful or unlawful content; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems; scraping or harvesting data; or using the Services to provide medical advice to others without proper qualification.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Celternity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display it as needed to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Celternity AI generates responses using automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You use AI outputs at your own discretion and risk. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content for any purpose.

The Services, including the Celternity name, logo, brand, and content (excluding user content and third-party materials), are owned by or licensed to Celternity and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

Where the Services include paid memberships, subscriptions, or event tickets, applicable fees, billing, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celternity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
